Before you write
A few answers that solve most of the messages we receive:
- "My file was rejected as password protected." Open it in your PDF reader, save a copy without the password, and upload that copy.
- "The PDF to Word conversion gave me nothing." Your PDF is almost certainly a scan - pictures of text rather than text. There is nothing to extract from it.
- "My download link stopped working." Files are deleted automatically for privacy. Simply process the file again.
- "Can you raise the file size limit?" Tell us which tool and what size you need - limits are configurable and we will look at it.
Please do not send confidential documents by email. Use the tools directly - nothing you process is stored beyond the automatic deletion window.
