About Excel to PDF

Turn a spreadsheet into a clean, printable PDF. Each worksheet is rendered as a real table with a header row, so the data stays readable instead of being squashed into an unreadable grid. Column widths are calculated from your actual content, and a sheet that is too wide for one page is split into column blocks so no column is ever cut off.

How to use it

1. Upload an .xls or .xlsx workbook.
2. Press Convert to PDF.
3. Download the PDF - each worksheet begins on its own page, titled with the sheet name.

Supported formats and limits

Good to know

• Text, numbers, percentages and dates are shown the way Excel displays them, not as raw serial numbers.
• Formula results are included; the formulas themselves are not shown, exactly as when printing from Excel.
• Pages are laid out in landscape so wide tables fit comfortably.
• Charts and images inside a workbook are not reproduced - the PDF contains the sheet data.

Your files and your privacy

Files are uploaded over an encrypted connection, stored under a random name that cannot be guessed, and processed on the server. Nothing is shared with anyone, nothing is indexed, and every uploaded and generated file is deleted automatically after 30 minutes. You can read the full file deletion policy and our privacy policy.
